"Mom I'm a Good Boy"

Jesse and I started a rewards system for Kyler that has seemed to workout really well and it's been something that Kyler has enjoyed. We have been putting little beans into a jar when he does something that is worth rewarding and we take beans away for behavior that is less than desirable. The Green line is his goal and once he has reached the line he gets to go on a date with mommy and daddy. Last night was his first date out with us and I have to say that Jesse and I will enjoy this rewards system as much as he does. It allows us to spend some fun quality time with him, and promotes great behavior. Kyler wanted to go to Apple Bee's for dinner and then we took him to the movie of his choice. There weren't to many kid friendly movies to choose from, so we ended up going to Bed Time Stories. I usually don't like movies with Adam Sandler to well, but I have to say that it was a fun movie, Disney does a great job. Now that Kyler realizes what he really gets to do when he reaches the green line on the jar he has been saying any time that we put in beans "Mom I'm a good boy I'm almost to the green line." We love him so much and really appreciate what a sweet good little boy he is.
