Adult Christmas Party

So every year we also have an Adult Christmas party that Gigi's side of the family puts on. Its a chance for the adults to get together and mingle without our children. The

past few years Jesse and I haven't been able to go, so we decided that we should go and participate this year. It was fun. We buy a couples gift and have a gift exchange which in order to get your gift you have to play a game that is definitely not our favorite thing in the world, but we do it with a smile on our face. You have a task that is attached to the gift that you've chosen, and before you can open your gift you have to do the task. Then if someone else likes the gift they can steal it from you, and then the process starts over again with you finding a new gift and completing a new task. Our task was Both Jesse and I had to tell our favorite Christmas memory while impersonating a celebrity of our choice. Other tasks were rapping a favorite holiday song, acting out the Christmas Story from Jesus's point of view, and telling your dreams for 2009. I have to say that we got the best present out of all though. Steven's girl friend Shayla makes the most beautiful flower arrangements and she made a gorgeous Christmas arrangement for the table.
